This evening brings together two works by the Centre Chorégraphique National de Caen en Normandie.
In the first, Portuguese choreographer Marco da Silva Ferreira (already applauded at the MCA with Via Injabulo) turns Schubert's Fantasy in F minor into a playground for two performers experienced in urban dance, oscillating between fragile attempts and virtuoso absurdities.
Vivace is the musical word for a fast pulse. Alban Richard?s choreography, full of vitality, determination and persistence, is based on music with lively rhythms that draw on pop, electro and baroque music.
