In the village of monsters, the autumn day is drawing to a close. Soon, a bell rings and a horde of little monsters, hair in the wind, claws out, escape from the school, bawling their eyes out. As he does every day, Bertie heads into the forest to get home. As he passes the edge of human country, he encounters a young violinist who is speechless at the sight! When he arrives home, he is very proud to announce that he wants to play too. But his family scolds him: music is not for monsters!
