For nearly half a century, the Amiens based Héripré house has specialised in poultry and game and has been offering innovations that flatter the most demanding palates. Some originalities: poultry roasts, Amiens duck pâté, poultry sausages and its famous "ficelle picarde de la réderie", which is cooked only with regional products.
Blending tradition and innovation, Maison Héripré maintains its success with creations such as the white pudding with beaten cake.
The Héripré house is now approved as a "Terroirs de Picardie" relay.
