The larris of Hangest-sur-Somme and Condé-Folie is located on the chalky hillsides bordering the Middle Valley of the Somme and overlooks the natural area formed by the marshes of Hangest and Bourdon
It is one of the largest larris of the Somme and the Picardy chalk plateau
This site is of great scenic interest because of its surface area and the magnificent view it offers over the marshes of the Somme. Moreover, it is endowed with an important floristic richness with 17 plant species of heritage interest on the site including a station of Sisymbre couché, a plant protected at the European level.
