Made in the Somme, Tartimouss is the first spread whose main ingredient is the broad bean, a protein crop grown in the Hauts de France.
Only 3 ingredients are enough to make Tartimouss plus possibly a 4th ingredient depending on the perfume (candied orange, ginger, rose...)
Broad bean: the main ingredient of Tartimouss, it is cultivated and harvested in the Oise and Somme regions.
We work directly with local farmers, most of whom are certified organic, the others respecting the organic specifications even in the absence of certification
Sugar: from beets grown and processed in the Somme region
Chocolate: 100% pure cocoa butter, produced in a context of sustainable agriculture "cocoa horizon foundation".
Dark chocolate Tartimousses are gluten and lactose free.
All our products are manufactured in our own workshops in Beuvraignes.
