Ten years ago, a group of girlfriends, united by years of circus training together, decided to put together a show about their native Finland.
The show is also about the circus, the choice of an itinerant life, the body, and technique pushed to the highest level.
Since then, Finland has elected a woman prime minister, extremes have gained ground, and Nokia - the national pride - is no longer the best-selling telephone brand. But the seven runway sisters still have the infectious joy, self-mockery, tenderness and energy to share their country: the polar night, championships of all kinds, ski jumping, forests teeming with lumberjacks, the Finnish passion for the sauna? Trapeze, thread, fabric, rola bola, hand to hand and live music make up this joyful and generous story in V.O..
