Like the military cemetery at Crouy-Saint-Pierre, the one at Halloy-les-Pernois was built close to a nursing home during the fighting in the spring and summer of 1918. It bears the name "Pernois britsh cimetery", even though it is located in Halloy-les-Pernois. We discovered it in an open field, close to a small road leading up the plateau towards Vignacourt. Less important than Vignacourt or Crouy in terms of the number of graves (403), it contains a majority of British (336) and Australian (63) graves, as well as a German plot (16).
