The Commonwealth War Graves Commission is responsible in Picardy for the maintenance of 820 cemeteries and 2,400 headstones and memorial sites.
The cemetery is located along the old railway line.
These men gave their lives, far from home, for the freedom of our country. Among these 586 soldiers who died during the two world wars, there are 424 Australians, 146 British, 11 Canadians, 1 Indian and 2 British West Indians and 2 British soldiers from the Second World War.
