It is in a small street in the city centre, next to the belfry and the market place that Mélanie and Julien have chosen to set up their restaurant (February 2021). For their pleasure and especially to elaborate their locavore cuisine, every Saturday morning the local producers come to set up their stalls in this street.
So, Au Quotidien is local in the plate and not only ...
They offer you a 100% home-made cuisine from the starter to the dessert. Most of the raw materials come from local producers, such as the Ferme de St Fuscien, which supplies them with veal and yoghurts. They don't hesitate to go and see the conditions in which the animals are reared and to talk to the producers. To accompany your meals, while remaining local, you can choose François' beers from the Brasserie de la Somme or Colonel Kefir.
The menu is entirely renewed every week and proposes menus according to the seasons with each time a starter, a dish and a dessert entirely vegan,
One Sunday a month they offer a brunch made only with local products so don't forget to book!
