Aronnax is a literary, cultural tourist route which is also family-friendly and accessible to as many people as possible. Thanks to the QR codes installed on the bilingual consoles, you have access to immersive videos, excerpts from novels read by the actor Jean-Michel Noirey, quizzes for the youngest and a few surprises...
As you’ll see throughout your journey, this Amiens life is important.And the city of Amiens inspired Jules Verne, who transposed it into several of his stories.

A journey to the heart of the imagination

While the route is linked to the daily life of the author of Extraordinary Voyages in Amiens, it’s also a tribute to his creative genius. Named after the hero of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, Aronnax provides an excursion into Verne’s world. Each of the consoles and associated content is written by specialists who tell us about his life and novels. As such, certain stages immerse us in the fantastic world of Jules Verne's novels; the most significant undoubtedly being the immersive work located at the station, where a sound-and-light show is visible every evening at nightfall (20-minute cycle).
